Wassef and Racha Haroun’s newest culinary experience is located in Seattle’s burgeoning South Lake Union neighborhood and is situated on the 14th floor with breathtaking views of the city and Puget Sound.  mbar’s innovative design merges indoors with outdoors to create one large space.  Punctuated by progressive mixed media art elements, the Haroun’s selected local, regional and Lebanese artists to play a major role in the modern décor and visual ambience.


Leading the kitchen is Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chef and Bravo Top Chef alum, Jason Stratton, who draws inspiration for the contemporary menu from his cooking roots and his fluency in Northern Italian, Spanish and Middle Eastern foods.
