Wassef and Racha Haroun’s modern outpost in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, celebrates their native flavors of Syria, Lebanon and the greater Middle East.  Recently, award-winning chef Jason Stratton came to the mamnoon kitchen to serve as executive chef. A James Beard nominee and Food & Wine Magazine, “Best New Chef”, Jason brings his contemporary culinary perspective to the restaurant’s traditional Middle Eastern dishes and cultural techniques.


To further the perspective of Mamnoon’s culinary point-of-view, Jason has enlisted long-time colleagues, noted Pastry Chef Carrie Mashaney (Bravo TV Top Chef Contestant, Season 11) and Sous Chef David Gurewitz.
